Summary of Responsibilities
The vision for this role is to build on the existing URENCO capabilities to further develop and support the Cyber Security Incident Response Team function within the Global Threat Defense and Cyber Security Operations Team. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual who wants to join a high performing team and be a part of and influence a transformational journey.
This role reports to the Global Threat Defense and Cyber Security Operations - Deputy Head & Cyber Security Incident Response Team Manager and is based full time/Hybrid at Eunice with a minimum of 2 days a week working in the office times/days to be agreed with LM under direction of Head of Global Threat Defense and Cyber Security Operations. This role will also work very closely with the local Information Security Managers on site reporting locally for H&S site requirements.
Successful candidates will be required to achieve and maintain L security clearance.

Job Details
The work location for this position is Urenco USA, Eunice, NM
Work Schedule: 9/80 work week (80 hours over 9 days in a two-week period). Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.
Travel Required: 10% of the time or less as required.
Security Clearance Requirement: Controlled Access Area (CAA) Access and an L level security clearance is required.

Primary Functions
Assist in the delivery of Threat Defense and Cyber Security Operations strategy to enhance the current capabilities with I&T, IOT and OT ensuring any local requirements or concerns are considered in the strategy. Build and deliver the services in the strategy through a combination of in house and outsourced service providers
Ensure incident triage, investigation and remediation/mitigation is conducted globally against potential or reported cyber security risks/threats to the organization utilizing Digital Forensic and Cyber Security Tooling/methodology while performing the following but not limited to:
Threat hunting, threat modelling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring
Manage and conduct Cyber Investigations with SOC and Dedicated MSSP Team
Manage and conduct Advance Incident Handling and Investigations
Manage and conduct Evidence collection/Acquisition
Manage and conduct Endpoint, Memory, Network Advanced Digital Forensics
Conduct eDiscovery Support
Conduct Reverse Malware Engineering
Conduct Threat Hunting
Conduct Cyber Security Operational Assurance (review changes and support risk assessments)
Support External Incident related services
Support Security Table Top Exercising
Support of IR Retainer Services under Head of Function
Support OT security monitoring, alerting and investigations (applying items in 2 above where required).
Brief and Collaborate with multiple site stakeholders including senior stakeholders such as MD, CNO, SM and ISMs in support of Cyber Security Incidents, alerts and security technologies and potential and ongoing cyber security risks/threats to the organization
Brief and Collaborate with multiple global stakeholders including stakeholders such as Legal, Communications, Finance, Privacy, Compliance and functions in support of Cyber Security Incidents, Alerts and security technologies and ongoing cyber security risks to the organization
Collaborate/engage with (but not limited to):
Threat intelligence to incorporate the latest threat information into platform rulesets, Vulnerability management and Security Testing
MSSPs, wider stakeholders to conduct investigations or implement security best practices and ensure alignment with organizational policies
