Container Handler

Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for operations associated with receipt, storage, staging for production, onsite movement and shipment of new, clean, and uranic-containing cylinders. 

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in a technical, science or related discipline and one to three years of related experience operating heavy equipment or utilizing mechanical or logistics skills. Candidates must be accountable for own actions and words and have strong personal integrity and good teamwork skills. At a minimum, candidate must have a high school diploma or GED and zero to one year of related experience operating heavy equipment or utilizing mechanical or logistics skills.  Must be able to attain and maintain a US government L level security clearance. QHSE Specialist ETC-US

This position will provide Quality, Health, Safety, & Environmental (QHSE) support to ETC USA and provide supplier oversight. In this role, the QHSE Specialist will ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and expectations from all departments and suppliers. The QHSE Specialist will be familiar with applicable designs, rules, behaviors, and responsibilities to ensure work is completed reliably, safe, and compliant. This will include observing work, coaching employees and suppliers, and providing feedback on plans and actions. This individual will apply a proactive mindset to support delivery of predictable, repeatable outcomes and be experienced in incident investigation and case management if needed. Additionally, monitors uranium enrichment equipment and other production-related equipment at URENCO USA and ETC to produce enriched uranium while protecting the health and safety of the public and plant employees and preventing damage to plant equipment and structures.  Ensures adherence to high standards of human performance and safety.

Logistics Specialist ETC-US

Manages and monitors storage and the warehouse facility for classified and unclassified Centrifuge and Header Pipework components and systems. Works closely with Production teams to ensure components are available for daily operations. Supports the maintenance of Logistics policies, administers, and maintains the inventory control program. Receives classified and unclassified container shipments and manages the overall effort for ISO Pad storage or movement to the CAB. Processes all inbound and outbound shipments. Ensures adherence to high standards of human performance and safety.

Cascade Header Pipework Coordinator ETC-US

Coordinate, monitor, and oversee Separations Building Module Assay Unit cascade build-out involving all steelwork, movement and installation of CHP units, installation of cascade cooling water, installation of electrical cables, and all associated tasks related to these activities. Monitors, controls, and operates uranium enrichment equipment and other production-related equipment at URENCO USA and ETC to produce enriched uranium while protecting the health and safety of the public and plant employees and preventing damage to plant equipment and structures.  Ensures adherence to high standards of human performance and safety.

Assembly and Installation Technician- ETC-US

Monitors, controls, and operates uranium enrichment equipment and other production-related equipment at URENCO USA and ETC to produce enriched uranium while protecting the health and safety of the public and plant employees and preventing damage to plant equipment and structures.  Ensures adherence to high standards of human performance and safety.

Principal Accountant

Summary of Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, provide support in all areas related to accounting/finance. Applies the principles of accounting within assigned areas of responsibility. Supports assigned area managers with budgeting, latest estimate and 10 year business plan processes. Supports finance function in providing financial information, journal entries, reconciles reports and financial data. Understands inter-company transaction accounting as well as relief duties of interdepartmental tasks.

Operator I,II, or III

Monitors, controls and operates uranium enrichment equipment and other production-related equipment at UUSA to produce enriched uranium while protecting the health and safety of the public and plant employees and preventing damage to plant equipment and structures. 

Logistics Specialist I,II,III

Conducts Logistics-related planning and administrative duties, including material and cylinder inventory, export controls, Material Control & Accounting inventory activities, transport planning, and shipments. 

Human Resource Generalist

This position is a professional role responsible for providing HR services to internal and external parties through special knowledge, skill and experience. Under limited supervision, the HR Generalist provides professional support in functional areas of HR, including recruitment, on-boarding, personnel records, employee relations, regulatory reporting requirements, benefits and other areas as needed.

Senior Human Resource Business Partner

Responsible for providing strategic HR support to the assigned business unit/department including, helping to administer URENCO USA HR programs and provide overall department support.   Develop and execute a human resource plan that is aligned to the company strategy and organizational goals in conjunction with department managers.

CPT Design Manager

Managing (in matrix structure) multidiscipline design team(s) to deliver 2-5 design projects simultaneously. To deliver Front End Engineering Design (FEED), comprising a.o. Feasibility/Best Available Technology studies, Conceptual Design and Basic Design to Site and/or Group projects in conformity with agreed investment proposals and user requirements specification. These plant/facility designs shall comprise Urenco best design and operating practises and state-of-the-art technology solutions in order to support Urenco’s business.

Project Cost Estimator

The purpose of the role is to ensure adequate and consistent standards in project cost estimating in Urenco’s project portfolio. The Project Cost Estimating Manager’s remit includes the proficient application of standards and responsibility for the cost estimating output in Urenco’s project portfolio.

Principal Engineer, Process

Principal Engineer, Mechanical

Delivers Front End Engineering (FEED) including technical feasibility and best available technology (BAT) studies while acting as a mechanical lead engineer in the delivery of conceptual and basic design of new build or modifications of (production) facilities.

Principal Engineer - Electrical

Independently performs and leads analysis and design activities ensuring plant designs and as-built facilities meet site requirements and UUSA’s design and engineering standards throughout the entire life-cycle of design assets.  

Principal Engineer, Controls and Instrumentation

Independently performs and leads analysis and design activities, ensuring plant designs and as-built facilities meet site requirements as well as UUSA’s design and engineering standards throughout the entire asset design life-cycle.  

Construction Manager

Manages all construction activities on-site. 

Health & Safety Specialist

Conducts implementation activities and maintenance of the UUSA Emergency Preparedness Program, including programmatic review and implementation of emergency plan requirements and commitments for the site.

Nuclear Training Instructor

Develops, schedules, coordinates and delivers training activities/programs.
