John Kirkpatrick
John Kirkpatrick serves as the Managing Director and Head of Enrichment of Urenco USA (UUSA) and has over 35 years of experience in the nuclear industry. John oversees the company’s business strategies and objectives and provides organizational leadership for the UUSA plant. In addition, he supports the site in maintaining safe and compliant operations, meeting corporate business goals and objectives, and fulfilling environmental and community stewardship of this facility. Located just outside of Eunice, New Mexico, UUSA enriches uranium for commercial nuclear reactors for U.S. and international customers and serves as the only large scale commercial operating facility in North America.
Before joining the UUSA team, John served as the Entergy Corporate Plant Reliability Team Leader and prior to that role, was Plant Manager at both Arkansas Nuclear One Power Plant and Indian Point Power Plant. He has also held leadership positions in regulatory assurance, maintenance, performance improvement, and outage management. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Thomas Edison State College as well as certifications for Senior Reactor Operator, INPO management courses, and from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Paul Lorskulsint
Chief Nuclear Officer
Paul serves as the Chief Nuclear Officer for Urenco USA (UUSA). Located just outside of Eunice, New Mexico, UUSA enriches uranium for commercial nuclear reactors for US and international customers and serves as the only centrifuge-based operational facility in North America. Paul is responsible for the nuclear safety, industrial safety and security of the UUSA facility. He ensures the plant is in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and the facility license.
Paul has served in a number of positions at UUSA which include, Compliance Manager, Deputy Compliance Manager, Head of Supply Chain Execution, Chief of Staff, Logistics Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Shift Manager. Prior to joining UUSA, Paul worked at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory where he was responsible for shift operations of a submarine prototype to train US Navy personnel on the routine operations and maintenance of a submarine engine room.
Paul holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Temple University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California. Additionally, he serves on the boards of the World Nuclear University Alumni and New Horizons Foundation and is a member of the Berkeley Innovation Forum.
Keith Armstrong
Operations Manager
Keith's responsibilities include developing programs and strategic initiatives to support UUSA 's operation and continued expansion, while achieving optimum production capacity and efficiency.
Wyatt Padgett
Head of Strategic Licensing & Design Safety Basis
Wyatt provides leadership and management for the development of licensing applications for new projects and is responsible for the overall design safety basis for the facility including Chemical and Nuclear Safety. Wyatt guides the development of project activities and provides support resolving challenges associated with the completion of projects by leading the site’s construction coordination center.
While at UUSA, Wyatt has predominately supported regulatory affairs and engineering functions serving as an Integrated Safety Analysis Engineer, Systems Engineer, Integrated Safety Analysis and Nuclear Criticality Safety Supervisor, Facility Security Officer, Project Manager, Licensing Engineer, Licensing & Performance Assessment Manager, Chief of Staff and Head of Compliance. Prior to joining UUSA, Wyatt was a Lead Authorization Basis Analyst for BWXT at the Pantex nuclear weapons assembly facility and also worked as a field engineer in the Petroleum Industry.
Wyatt is a veteran and served in the United States Army. Wyatt holds a Master of Business Administration degree from West Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico. He has over 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry.
Brian Dorathy
Head of Engineering & Site Projects
Brian ensures UUSA's engineering procedures, processes, and design outputs are reviewed, approved and controlled to comply with license and regulatory requirements.
Brian has over 20 years of engineering experience and joined UUSA in 2021. Prior to joining UUSA, he served as the Modification Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the National Academy for Nuclear Training First Line Leadership. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
Nicole Wyatt
Head of Human Resources
Nicole oversees UUSA's Human Resources team to manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, affirmative action programs, and manager and employee coaching.
Prior to joining UUSA, Nicole spent 12 years with an international construction and mining company where she handled both domestic and international human resources.
Nicole has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

Lisa Hardison
Head of Communications & Public Relations
Since 2013, Lisa has served as the Head of Communications & Public Relations of Urenco USA (UUSA) in Eunice, New Mexico. Lisa’s responsibilities include providing strategic development and leadership for internal and external communications and stakeholder engagement, serving as a liaison to the local community and media, and seeking opportunities to enhance the public image and visibility of UUSA on a local, state, and national level.
Prior to joining UUSA, Lisa served as the President & CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Lea County (EDCLC) and the Dean of Extended Learning at New Mexico Junior College.
She holds a Doctor of Education degree from New Mexico State University, a Master of Education Administration degree from New Mexico State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Lubbock Christian University.
Currently, Lisa is serves on the boards of United Way, My Power, New Mexico Junior College Foundation, University of the Southwest Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity. In the past she has also served on the boards of the Leadership New Mexico, Economic Development Corporation of Lea County, New Mexico Council of Governments, New Mexico Community Development Council, and the New Mexico Economic Development Partnership.
